My Story

From Burnout to Becoming: How God Led Me to Create The Nourished Woman

For most of my life, I’ve been searching for healing.
Not just in my body—but in my heart, my spirit, and my story.

I grew up with painful, heavy periods that made me dread my own body.
Later, I faced secondary infertility, emotional trauma, and the kind of heartbreak no woman prepares for—divorce, abandonment, and the weight of starting over as a single mom.

I knew how to hustle. I knew how to study healing.
What I didn’t know was how to fully surrender.

The Breaking Point That Became a Turning Point

There was a season when I was deeply depleted—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I was running a business, raising a child, and pouring out every ounce of myself… but still coming up empty.

And yet, even in that wilderness, God was drawing me back.
Not to a “10-step protocol,” but to Himself.

I began to understand that healing isn’t just about what we do.
It’s about who we trust.
It’s about releasing the strongholds—emotional, spiritual, generational—that keep us stuck.
It’s about letting go of the lies and returning to truth.

How The Nourished Woman Was Born

As I walked through healing, God showed me that my gifts—intuition, touch, discernment—were never mine to claim. They were His tools, and I was just the vessel.

I realized the body isn’t separate from the soul.
That symptoms are signals.
And that a woman’s healing must be deep, gentle, and sacred—rooted not only in wisdom, but in obedience to God’s way.

That’s how The Nourished Woman was born.
Not as a business plan, but as a call to serve.

My Work Today

I now support women who are walking through what I’ve lived:

  • Postpartum depletion and emotional unraveling

  • Painful cycles and disconnection from the womb

  • Overwhelm, trauma, and spiritual numbness

  • A deep longing to hear God’s voice again

Through sacred bodywork, intuitive healing, and spirit-led resources, I help women return to themselves—and to the One who made them.  God also opened a way for me to serve through intuitive bodywork with horses–another form of sacred listening. These animals reflect truth in ways words cannot.

Working with them has deepened my trust in what can’t always be seen, but is always felt.

If You’re Here, I Want You to Know:

You are not too far gone.
You are not weak for needing rest.
You are not meant to walk this path alone.

You are being called back—to wholeness, to rhythm, to the truth that you are loved, chosen, and worth restoring.

Welcome to The Nourished Woman.
Welcome home.
