About Stephanie
I’ve always been drawn to quiet, meaningful work.
Whether working with people, animals, or through writing, I’m most at home in spaces where healing unfolds slowly – through presence, listening, and trust.
My path into this work wasn’t linear. Like many, it grew through seasons of searching, loss, and learning to listen more deeply – not just to the body, but to the heart and the nervous system.
Over time, I found myself drawn toward hands – on healing. First with people, and eventually horses – where subtle shifts, quiet awareness, and intuitive presence often speak louder than words.
Today, my work blends therapeutic skill with intuitive listening – supporting both physical and emotional balance in a calm, grounded way.
The work is quiet.
Relational.
And deeply meaningful to me.
